CAI-Michigan Election of Directors
Annual Meeting of the Members
CAI-Michigan is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by the membership. The board is comprised of seven members. The term of office is three years. Current board members are Wayne Wegner, Mark Makower, Tom Dawson, Dan Herriman, Charles (Chick) Bricker, Chuck Hurton and Wendy Sherman. The terms of Dan Herriman and Wendy Sherman expire this year. Ms. Sherman is seeking re-election; Mr. Herriman is not.
The CAI-Michigan Board Nominating Committee, comprised of Scott Breslin, Mariah Page and Dan Herriman, has nominated the following slate of nominees to serve on the CAI-Michigan Board of Directors beginning July 1, 2010. If elected, the nominees shall serve until the election of their successors in the year in which their term expires. The area of specialization follows each nominees name.

We extend our gratitude to the other CAI-Michigan members who expressed an interest in election to the Board of Directors. In addition, we extend our gratitude to Dan Herriman for his many years of service to CAI-Michigan.
No petitions were received by the Nominating Committee on or before December 18, 2009. At the Annual meeting of the members, the Secretary shall cast a unanimous ballot for the slate of nominees nominated by the Nominating Committee and such nominees shall be declared elected Directors of the Chapter.
The Annual meeting of the membership shall take place on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. at the offices of Kramer-Triad Management Group, 320 East Big Beaver, Troy, MI, 48083.
